Башня Цутэнкаку — символ Осаки и главная точка притяжения квартала Синсэкай. Для посещения доступны стандартная смотровая площадка с панорамой города и открытая смотровая площадка. Для тех, кто любит адреналин, работает аттракцион Dive & Walk. Он включает две части: Walk — прогулка снаружи площадки на высоте 26 метров в страховочной системе, и Dive — прыжок с высоты около 40 метров на площадку на уровне 14 метров. Конструкция моста, соединяющего EV Building с сейсмоизолирующей башней, спроектирована так, чтобы оставаться безопасной даже во время землетрясений. Второй аттракцион — Tower Slider: наружная горка длиной 60 метров с уклоном около 30 градусов, которая огибает башню снаружи. Спуск занимает около 10 секунд.
