Before supplier confirmation

If an order is paid but the supplier cannot confirm the selected product, date, time, or ticket option, Reotour will offer an alternative or a refund.

After voucher issuance

After the voucher is issued, the selected product and supplier cancellation rules apply. Some tickets and passes may be non-refundable.

How to request cancellation

Reply to the order confirmation email or contact Reotour support with your order number, email, and travel date.
