1. Offer status and acceptance
This document is a draft public offer for booking travel products on the Reotour website. It is published for transparency, but the final legal wording is still pending legal review.
Clicking the payment button, entering order details, and completing payment means that you accept this offer, the selected product rules, and the cancellation rules shown before payment. If a product-specific rule directly differs from this offer, the more specific product rule applies to that order.
Before payment, you may abandon the order by closing the page or not completing payment. Silence or merely browsing the site does not constitute acceptance.
2. Seller, payment recipient and contacts
The Reotour site is owned and operated by REOTRIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (臻誠旅游科技有限公司), a Hong Kong company with Business Registration Number 76983345.
Address: Room 5003, Floor 5, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (香港觀塘開源道45號有利中心5樓5003室). Email for orders, claims, and legal notices: info@reotrip.com. Phone: +852 5961 7562.
For online payments, the seller and payment recipient is REOTRIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Your bank statement may show the REOTOUR brand or another payment-provider descriptor where required by bank or Stripe rules.
3. Role of Reotour and supplier partners
Reotour is a Russian-language storefront, order-processing intermediary, and merchant of record for payment. We help you choose a product, accept payment, check the order, and send a voucher or instructions.
The actual service is performed by third parties: museums, venues, transport operators, guides, tour operators, and other supplier partners. In customer-facing text they are called 'supplier partners' without brand disclosure unless disclosure is required by law or by the specific product rules.
Reotour is responsible for its own actions: correct order handling in our system, payment collection, passing order data to the supplier, communicating with you, and processing refunds within applicable rules. The relevant supplier partner is responsible for the actual service delivery, admission, schedule, on-site safety, and staff operation.
4. Subject of the order
The subject of the order is defined by the product page, selected travel date, time, ticket/fare option, number of travelers or tickets, traveler details, and final amount shown before payment.
Product descriptions, photos, schedules, availability, and product rules may be updated by supplier partners. We aim to show current data, but before confirming an order we additionally verify price and availability.
If the order requires additional details (for example participant names, age, nationality, meeting point, flight details, or answers to supplier questions), you must provide accurate and complete data. Data errors may lead to denied admission, confirmation delays, or inability to refund.
5. Price, currency and payments
The actual card charge is made in US dollars (USD). If the page also shows a rouble or other-currency calculation, it is for reference and may differ from the amount your bank shows after conversion.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Reotour does not store the full card number, CVC, or other complete card credentials.
Before payment, the site may run a server-side price and availability check. If price or availability has changed, you will see updated information and may choose not to pay.
Your card-issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate, conversion fees, or cross-border transaction fees. Reotour does not control those bank fees.
6. Confirmation, voucher and inability to fulfill
Successful payment does not always mean instant service confirmation. After payment, the Reotour team manually checks the order with the supplier partner.
After confirmation, we send an electronic voucher, ticket, or instructions to the email provided at checkout. You are responsible for access to that email and for checking spam/promotions folders in time.
If the supplier partner cannot confirm the selected product, date, time, or fare, Reotour will offer a reasonable alternative, reschedule, or refund to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation, refund and no-show
Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the selected product rules, fare, and supplier-partner rules. These rules are shown on the product page or during checkout and apply after voucher issuance.
Some tickets, passes, promotional fares, and fixed-date services may be non-refundable. No-show, late arrival, missing documents, or failure to follow venue rules normally do not create a refund right unless the product rules state otherwise.
The detailed cancellation request procedure is described on the 'Cancellation and refunds' page.
8. Limitation of liability
Reotour is not responsible for acts or omissions of supplier partners beyond the part controlled by Reotour as storefront, intermediary, and payment recipient. We do not control venue schedules, weather, queues, traffic, visa/border decisions, supplier staff operation, or admission rules at the venue.
Nothing in this offer limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law, including mandatory consumer rights of consumers from the Russian Federation where such law applies.
Reotour is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, data loss, alternative-service costs, or additional travel costs unless caused by Reotour's culpable breach and recoverable under mandatory law.
9. Requests, claims and communication
Primary contact channel: info@reotrip.com. Include your order number, the order email, travel date, and a short description of the issue.
We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where necessary, request information from the supplier partner. Response time may depend on time zone, weekends, and supplier response speed.
Send legally significant notices to the company email and address listed above. For urgent operational questions, use the order email or available support channel.
10. Governing law and disputes
The relationship is governed by the law of Hong Kong SAR unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Choosing Hong Kong law is not intended to reduce consumer rights that cannot be limited under the mandatory law of the consumer's country of residence.
Before going to court or another authority, the parties seek to resolve the dispute by correspondence. If the dispute concerns actual service delivery, Reotour may request the supplier partner's position and share the outcome with you.
This section is a draft. Final wording on jurisdiction, governing law, and consumer rights must be reviewed by counsel, especially for users from the Russian Federation.
