We collect only the data needed to place, pay for, manually check, and fulfill an order.

Data we use

For an order, we may use your name, email, phone, selected product, travel date, time, ticket option, quantity, order amount, and payment status metadata.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Reotour receives a technical payment session identifier and payment status, but does not store the full card number or CVC.

Why we need the data

The data is used to contact the traveler, manually check the order, send the voucher, process refunds, and maintain internal order status records.
