Храм Неба — крупнейший в Китае сохранившийся ансамбль алтарных сооружений. Площадь всего парка составляет около 2,7 миллиона квадратных метров. Комплекс разделён на внутренний и внешний алтари, а главные постройки сосредоточены во внутреннем: на юге — Круглый Холм (Юаньцю) и Императорский Небесный свод (Хуантяньдянь), на севере — Зал молитв об урожае (Циняньдянь) и Зал воздержания. Север и юг соединяет пешеходная дорожка Данби — так называемый «Мост Данби». Весь внутренний алтарь окружают многовековые кипарисы, которые придают ансамблю торжественность. Особого внимания заслуживает Стена Эха: она и расположенные рядом Камень трёх звуков и Камень диалога построены с использованием акустических принципов, которые до сих пор поражают посетителей. Помимо осмотра, доступны пакеты с экскурсией (на китайском и английском языке), электронным аудиогидом, а также опыт облачения в ханьфу или костюм эпохи Цин со съёмкой.
