Музей сычуаньской кухни расположен в историческом городке Пи-Сянь, в Чэнду. Концепция «съедобного музея» предполагает не только визуальное знакомство с экспонатами, но и возможность пробовать, нюхать и трогать. В музее семь зон: Зал коллекций, площадка с образцами ингредиентов, Храм Бога очага, улица старых сычуаньских ресторанов, площадка с инструментами для обработки продуктов, Интерактивный демонстрационный зал и чайный зал для отдыха. В базовый билет входят: вход в музей, живое кулинарное шоу и неограниченное количество закусок. Мастер-класс по сычуаньской кухне приобретается отдельно: на нём вы самостоятельно готовите блюда и в финале получаете сертификат. Продолжительность мастер-класса — около 3,5 часа. Музей открыт с 9:00 до 18:00. Мастер-класс начинается в утреннюю (9:00) или дневную (14:00) сессию — запись обязательна заранее.
