About this place
A short note about the place so the decision is informed. The full guide is on the place's page.
Mount Rokko is the mountain rising directly behind Kobe, and its summit viewpoints look out over the city lights and Osaka Bay. Reotour sells night-view day trips from Osaka that pair the mountain with the Arima hot-spring town and Kobe sights, plus a private sauna-and-massage retreat on the mountain itself.
