At The Sundowner, we're the only place where you can make mead from scratch while getting up close with the honeybees that make it all possible! Your adventure begins in 16th-century Europe, where our mead-making tradition was born. Newlyweds were commonly given a month (a full moon's worth of this magical honey wine gave us the term "honeymoon"!). You'll enjoy a quick tour of our apiary to meet our honeybees up close, and understand why and how honey is made. Enjoy browsing our extensive honey library specialising in uniflorals from across Southeast Asia, and exotics from Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
