Rui Long Waterfall, known as the most beautiful waterfall in Zhushan, was formerly called "Shikanhu Waterfall." Because of its location in the Shanpingding settlement, it is also known as "Shanpingding Waterfall." In the 1980s, the late President Chiang Ching-kuo visited and, seeing the magnificent waterfall with its torrents rushing down like a dragon soaring into the sky, named it "Rui Long Waterfall." The waterfall is approximately 30 meters high, cascading like white silk in three tiers. When the water volume is high, it resembles a flying dragon soaring through the sky. The abundant water flow creates countless splashes, enveloping the surroundings in layers of mist. The 50-meter Rui Long Waterfall Viewing Platform lies above it, and the giant rocks scattered throughout the stream form a spectacular sight.
