• - Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded - Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings - No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator - If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds - The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number.
