Cancellation terms

• Free cancellation (24 hours notice)

• - You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• - In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• - Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
• - Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings - Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded - No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator - If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds - The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued - In the case of inclement weather or other factors that are not controlled by us and/or Courier Provider that interfere with the Courier Provider’s ability to deliver the products/items, Merchant and/or Courier Provider will attempt to procure delivery as soon as reasonably possible, and if this is not feasible, Merchant will cancel the delivery and we will issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for the relevant booking - For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof - Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
