Royal Edinburgh Ticket: a 48-hour hop-on hop-off bus pass plus entry to Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Royal Yacht Britannia. The current operator routes are CitySightseeing Edinburgh, Edinburgh Tour and Regal Tour. Edinburgh Tour has live English commentary; the other routes have recorded multilingual commentary. Meals, drinks, tips and personal spending are excluded. Audio guides: the selected package lists a free guide at Britannia and at the palace, including Russian subject to availability. Edinburgh Castle's audio guide, also available in Russian, is an optional extra purchased separately; its appearance in the supplier's inclusion section does not make it free. Using your ticket: show the mobile voucher to Edinburgh Bus Tours to exchange it. It cannot be exchanged at Edinburgh Castle. Access and closures: buses accommodate wheelchairs and pushchairs, but historic attractions have slopes, uneven surfaces and stairs. Check the palace calendar, including Tuesday/Wednesday closures. Cancellation: the public option describes full cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, in destination local time, with no refund after redemption, expiry, partial use, or ticket loss/damage.
